Change your breath, change your life.

The breath is the most accessible transformational tool as we are all living and breathing beings. Though, most of us are not breathing fully, taking in shallow inhales and releasing short exhales. When we do not breathe fully, our nervous system responds with flight or fight, and as we live in stress our nervous system also responds by not breathing fully. It is a cycle, as one effects the other. Through a gentle, circular breathing pattern, breathwork invites us into a full breath where we can let go of what is no longer serving us and let in what will support us to move through life with more ease, relaxation, and connection. 

Breathwork is a more active way of moving through anxiety, emotional blockages and trauma. During our time together, I support you through process work and then breathwork. This process brings deep clarity to my clients and begins to create space which was once blocked.

Every experience is unique and can look different for everyone. Some experiences that people have are:

  • deep relaxation and stress release

  • become embodied

  • receive clarity

  • answers to questions they have

  • release of body tension the have been carrying

  • emotional, mental and physical release

  • direct messages or visits from loved ones

Whatever the experience may be, it is perfect in the moment and is exactly what is needed for that person.

Breathwork SESSIONS

 

Breathwork is a gentle, safe, and extremely powerful breathing process that facilitates healing and transformation of the body, mind and spirit.  This breath technique helps to release stress/trauma from the cells of the body and to transform limiting thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. It offers access within the subconscious mind and the emotional body which is very useful when we are trying to move through old patterns that continue to resurface. These sessions offer clarity and healing to many areas of life which can improve our quality of life as we begin to let go and open our hearts to receive the many gifts of life.

Together, we will work to support an intention for your sessions and I will support the discovery of limiting beliefs, moving through old stories, stuck energy, traumas, and healing relationship wounds. When we release these beliefs and energies that are holding us back we create more presence and space in our lives to begin to create what it is we want.  Through process work, I will support you with full love and presence for what is needed during your breath session.

90 minutes in Length

During the first session we will go over a more detailed life history, past events, family, and replaying patterns so we can work together to discover how your past may be showing up in the present and make intentions for moving forward. Together we will identify your intentions or goals for your breath sessions and then we will then have our first breath session together. After breathing we will discuss what arrived during the breath session and I will offer some exercises to support your integration at home.

90 minutes in Length

I recommend series of 10 sessions to begin our work together. The frequency of the sessions is usually once a week or every other week. Sometimes sessions are spaced further apart if needed.

The purpose of committing to a series of sessions is to build a relationship with the breath and to maintain that relationship long enough to realize and integrate the cumulative results.
